To build a fairer and more sustainable future we know that prioritising and empowering young people is essential.
Whether it is issues relating to study, employment, housing, equality, mental health and many others – young people are facing unique challenges and their voices need to be front and centre when it comes to the decisions that impact their lives.
That is why the Victorian Labor Government is developing a new state-wide youth strategy aimed at improving and strengthening our work across government.
To help ensure young people across the inner north have a strong voice within the new youth strategy, we are hosting a Northcote Youth Roundtable with Parliamentary Secretary for Youth Josh Bull MP next Thursday.
